- Once you have received your RA number, please package the item securely and include the RA number on the shipping label.

Refunds

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired exchange when requesting your RA number. Exchanges are subject to availability.
