Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at ETR Infotech. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at warranty@etrinfotech.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns made without an RA number will not be accepted.
Once you have received your RA number, please package the item(s) securely and include the RA number on the shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate the desired exchange when requesting your RA number. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
